Water, Soy protein concentrate, Canola oil, Pea protein concentrate, Natural flavors, Apple puree, Vinegar, Onion powder, Salt, Beetroot, Caramelized sugar flavor, Carotene, Vitamins and minerals.
Microwave : empty the contents of the bag into a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with paper towels and heat on high power for 2 minutes or until heated through. Stir before serving.
Cooking with boiling water: immerse the bag containing the mixture in a saucepan 3/4 filled with boiling water for 4 minutes or until the mixture is heated through.
Cooking in sauce: pour the desired portion of the mixture into a saucepan containing an equal part of the sauce. Heat the two products together over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Cooking in a pan:
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour a generous drizzle of oil and add the mixture. Reheat 3-5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Cook a mix of frozen vegetables (onion, celery, carrots, peppers) in a saucepan for 5 minutes. Pour a liter of chicken or vegetable broth, then 250 ml (1 cup) of tomato coulis. Add 220g (½ pack) of Plant Based Ground Crumble. Stir and serve.
