Green Lentils, Water, Gluten Free Soy Sauce (Water, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Salt, Sugar, Caramel Color, Lactic Acid, Sodium Benzoate), Soy Protein Concentrate, Canola Oil, Rice Vinegar, Sugar, Protein Concentrate peas, Grated ginger, Green onions, Natural flavors, Apple puree, Spices, Salt, Beetroot, Caramelized sugar flavor, Carotene.
Microwave : Empty the contents of the bag into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high power for 2 minutes or until heated through. Stir before serving.
Cooking in boiling water : Immerse the bag containing the mixture in a saucepan 3/4 filled with boiling water for 4 minutes or until the mixture is heated through.
Cooking in a pan:
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour a generous drizzle of oil and add the mixture. Reheat 3-5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Cook white rice. While the rice is cooking, finely chop carrots, radishes, peppers or any vegetables of your choice. Place the rice on a plate, add the fresh vegetables and place 100g (¼ of the pack) of the mixture that you will have reheated beforehand. Garnish with fresh herbs, green onions, sesame seeds or nuts of your choice.
To vary this recipe :
- replace the white rice with rice vermicelli
- sauté a mixture of broccoli and / or carrots and / or celery and / or snow peas and / or edamame.
