Ingredients
- 460 g (1 pack) Ȧrta Bȯna Mexican Meal Mix
- 240g corn chips
- 2 fresh diced tomatoes
- 1 bell diced pepper
- 125 g (1 ¼ cup) grated cheese or grated vegan cheese
- salsa to taste
Tip : use the Plant Based Ground Crumble for a higher protein version, simply add Mexican seasonings to this recipe.
Instructions
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread the corn chips .
- Add the Ȧrta Bȯna Mexican Meal Mix , the dice of tomatoes and of peppers . Garnish with cheese or vegan grated cheese.
- Cook under a preheated grill or oven for approx.6 to 8 minutes or until the cheese has melted and is lightly browned.
- Add salsa on top and serve.
