Collection: Recipe - Vegetarian / Vegan Baked Nachos

Ingredients

  • 460 g (1 pack) Ȧrta Bȯna Mexican Meal Mix
  • 240g corn chips
  • 2 fresh diced tomatoes
  • 1 bell diced pepper
  • 125 g (1 ¼ cup) grated cheese or grated vegan cheese
  • salsa to taste

Tip : use the Plant Based Ground Crumble for a higher protein version, simply add Mexican seasonings to this recipe.

Instructions

  1. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread the corn chips .
  2. Add the Ȧrta Bȯna Mexican Meal Mix , the dice of tomatoes and of peppers . Garnish with cheese or vegan grated cheese.
  3. Cook under a preheated grill or oven for approx.6 to 8 minutes or until the cheese has melted and is lightly browned.
  4. Add salsa on top and serve.
