Collection: Recipe - Vegetarian / Vegan Stroganoff Noodles

Makes 4 servings


  • 460 g (1 pack) of Ȧrta Bȯna Plant Based Ground Crumble
  • 225 g noodles, ideally egg noodles, but otherwise any type of noodle will do.
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp.) vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 pack of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 5 ml 1 tsp. flour
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) vegetable broth
  • 125 ml (½ cup) cream 15% or soy cream
  • 3 g (½ tsp.) Dijon mustard


  1. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Brown the onion, the mushrooms and the garlic in half of the vegetable oil during 5 minutes. Reserve.
  2. Lower the heat to medium. In the same pan, add the rest of the oil and the flour. Mix everything to obtain a paste. Pour the vegetable broth, the cream and the mustard while whisking continuously until obtaining a smooth texture.
  3. Add the Ärta Böna Plant Based Ground Crumble, the onion, the garlic and the mushrooms.
  4. Let simmer everything for 15 minutes at low heat.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve with pasta.
