Ingredients
- 440 g (1 pack) of Ȧrta Bȯna Plant Based Ground Crumble
- Frozen French fries
- Fresh cheese curds or vegan cheese curds
- 500 ml (2 cups) beef broth or vegetable broth
- 30 g (3 tbsp.) cornstarch diluted in 65 ml (¼ cup) cold water
- 10 g (2 tsp.) garlic powder
- 5 g (1 tsp.) onion powder
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Tip : use the Mexican Meal Mix for an original version. To make an Italian poutine, simply replace the sauce in this recipe with the Italian Meal Mix !
Instructions
- Bake the French fries according to package directions.
- Dilute the starch in the broth.
- Mix the broth (with the starch), the garlic powder, the onion powder, the Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir regularly for 10 minutes.
- Once the French fries are hot, add the cheese and then pour the brown sauce over everything.
