Collection: Recipe - Vegetarian / Vegan Asian Chop Suey Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 400 g (1 pack) of Ȧrta Bȯna Asian Meal Mix
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) vegetable oil
- 500 g (2 cups) frozen Asian vegetables
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) vegetable broth
- 375g (1 1/2 cup) bean sprouts
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) soy sauce
- 10 ml (2 tsp.) cornstarch
Instructions
- In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat and add the vegetables. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes while stirring.
- Add the Ȧrta Bȯna Asian Meal Mix, the soy sauce and the vegetables broth. Stir and bring to boil.
- Delay the cornstarch in a little bit’of water cold, then pour into the pan while stirring. Add the bean sprouts. Continue cooking for 1 minute while stirring.
- Serve.
